About Our Practice
At Pediatric Partners, we care for children from birth through age 18. We provide preventive care, acute sick visits, and also handle management of chronic problems and diseases. We currently have four physicians and three nurse practitioners on staff. Our providers are board certified pediatricians and nurse practioners and members of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Meet Our Providers

Kristina Hingre, MD
Dr. Hingre grew up in Ossining, New York. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychobiology at SUNY Binghamton University and graduated from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York in 1987. She completed her pediatric residency at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY in 1990. Dr. Hingre is board certified and has practiced general pediatrics in Upstate New York for 30 years. Her medical interests center around general pediatric care for infants through young adults. She is especially interested in promoting preventative care and wellness for her patients as well as around the world. She has participated in medical missions in Central and South America and volunteered at a free clinic in Syracuse, NY. Dr. Hingre recently moved to Virginia and joined Pediatric Partners of Stafford. She is married and has two children. She loves to spend time with family and friends and hike, bike, kayak, and travel.

Tamara Loving, MD
Dr. Loving is a board-certified pediatrician who lives in Stafford County. She completed her undergraduate
studies at the University of Virginia earning her bachelor’s degree in Biology. She earned a Master’s Degree in
Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University and attended medical school at the Medical College of Virginia.
She completed her internship and residency at the Medical College of Virginia Hospital. Dr. Loving has Practiced Pediatrics while working in California, New Jersey and here in Stafford since January 2001. Dr. Loving is Married and has three children: Rob, Ben and Caroline.

Laura Walsh, MD
Dr. Walsh grew up in Montauk, New York. She completed her Bachelor of Science in biology at Binghamton University and graduated from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York in 1998. She completed her pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Walsh is board certified and has practiced general pediatrics in the Stafford area since 2001. She is married and has three daughters. Most of her free time is spent with her husband and family. She enjoys cooking, reading, and being outdoors.

Caroline Conneen, FNP-BC, R.D., IBCLC
Caroline Conneenis a family nurse practitioner, registered dietitian, and a certified lactation consultant. She has been a nurse practitioner since 1999, graduating from the Medical College of Virginia at VCU. At Pediatric Partners, she strives to integrate her knowledge and skills from pediatric nutrition and lactation into advanced practice nursing care.
Caroline is the author of Latching Well: Breastfeeding with an Integrative Approach. Within her role as a lactation nurse at MWH, she leads a weekly parenting group for new moms and their babies. She has helped hundreds of families get off to a great start through her business, Mother’s Best.
Caroline is married with three adult children and four grandchildren.
When she’s not working, she thoroughly enjoys spending precious time in her faith, with her family, and traveling to new places.

David Le, MD
Dr. Le is a Virginia native and attended Virginia Commonwealth University where he graduated with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. He went on to attend medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School where he developed a deep love for the care of children. He subsequently completed his internship and residency at the University of Virginia and is excited to practice as a Pediatrician in Stafford. Dr. Le has special interests in pediatric mental health, sports medicine, and nutrition and weight loss. In his spare time, Dr. Le loves spending time with his wife who is also a Pediatrician and watching Bluey with his son.

Haleh Rajaee, MD
Dr. Haleh Rajaee attended the University of Virginia and graduated with a B.A. in religious studies. She completed medical school at the Medical College of Pennslyvania/Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and then moved to Norfolk, Virginia for her internship and residency training at Children’s Hospital of the Kings’ Daughters through Eastern Virginia Medical School. As a board certified pediatrician, she practiced in both a private group pediatric office and local hospitals to cover the newborn well and intermediate level nurseries until her husband completed his residency program. Dr. Rajaee has been working in Stafford, Virginia since 2004. She and Dr. Nariman Dash, a local otolaryngologist, have two children, Brandon and Isabel.

Bethanie Cooke, CPNP
Bethanie Cooke, CPNP, is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner who lives in King George, Virginia. She completed her undergraduate studies at Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee earning a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. Bethanie earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing Science as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Vanderbilt University. Bethanie has been with Pediatric Partners of Stafford since 2009. She lives in the Fredericksburg area with her husband and 4 children.

Annie White, CPNP
Annie White, CPNP, is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Virginia. After several years of working as a NICU nurse, Annie attended Old Dominion University and earned a Master of Science in Nursing. Annie is married has a daughter and a bernedoodle. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, running, and baking.
Appointments
At Pediatric Partners we see patients by appointment only. We strive to accommodate all of our sick patients with same day appointments. We do request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment so that we may make that time available for another patient. As a courtesy, our office will try to confirm your child/ children’s appointment at least 48 hours prior, but it is still the parent’s responsibility if an appointment that you scheduled is missed.
Missed Appointments
Our office will bill for any missed appointments not cancelled within 24 hours. Three missed appointments with no notification are grounds for dismissal from Pediatric Partners of Stafford.
Waiting Rooms
Your child’s health is our number one priority and children transfer illnesses quickly. As a result we have 2 waiting rooms. One is designated to those that are visiting for their yearly check up and physicals. The other is for those little ones that have the sniffles.
